Health and Safety – for someEmployers First™ has been at the forefront in its criticism of the harsh and unjust OHS laws in NSW. We have consistently pointed out the injustices in the abolition of the presumption of innocence, the union prosecutions and moieties, the limited right of appeal, the deemed guilt of company officers and the other draconian standards in NSW. We have also called for the urgent need for national safety regulation freed from the political aims of WorkCover-Unions NSW and their monopoly of power over workplace health and safety.
