Many of our courses are accredited and all of them are presented by highly qualified and experienced trainers who have a practical and very 'down to earth' approach to these increasingly complex and confusing workplace issues.

A course confirmation and tax invoice will be mailed to you.
Payment is required prior to the commencement date of the course and can be made by cheque or credit card.
A tax invoice will be issued for each booking.
Cancellations or transfers must be in writing at least seven days prior to the commencement date of the course.
Cancellations or transfers within seven days are not refundable.
A substitute delegate may be nominated at any time.
If a course participant misses any day of a course the day may be made up at a later course at a pro-rata course fee.
Course fees include morning and afternoon teas, light lunch, course notes, pen, notepad and most other materials used in the course. For some courses you may be asked to bring a calculator or materials from your work – this will be listed on your confirmation letter.
All courses may be run for your company on your site or ours (depending on room availability). A minimum of 5-6 participants is usually required. Prices and further details are available by contacting Training Services.
